This class offers Grappling/BJJ training both with and without the gi, adding strikes to all targets, weapons, prompting the student to use self-defense tactics to dealing no rules street self defense.

 

Classes include isolated positional and free sparring (rolling).

  • Gi – Grappling in the traditional kimono to provide unique grips and technique.

  • No Gi – Submission wrestling in your everyday workout attire.

 

*Combat pants, MMA shorts, long sleeve or rash guard is recommended
